✨ This session is for immediate families only.
✨ $350 NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER IS DUE TODAY. Payment plan: The invoice is divided between your 4 sessions and due on the date of each of your session once scheduled. Your retainer will apply towards your final session ONLY. (This comes out to be approx. $521/session)
✨ Detailed Invoice + Contract will be sent to you within 24 hours of booking.
✨ Mileage and weekend fees will be due once your session date and location has been set.

TERMS:
✨Sessions must be used in the year of 2026 and 2027.
✨If gifting this bundle to someone -- the full balance MUST be paid in advance. Bundles cannot be gifted unless I am notified at booking WHO it is going to and it MUST be used by that family and/or individual only. Sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable if left unused by 12/31/2027.

B O O K I N G
All sessions are by appointment only. Once booked calendar dates will be sent out accordingly. If you would like calendar links sent out at a earlier or later or on a specific date, please message me once you get your detailed invoice and contract and I can set that up after booking!

W E E K E N D F E E S
A non-refundable and non-transferable fee of $125/date is due if booking a session for Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. This would apply individually to each weekend date reserved.

W H E R E
Sessions occur in studio, unless selected otherwise. Mileage rates will be billed at the rate of $0.85/mile ROUND TRIP for any session more than 15 miles round trip from my studio located inside the Keystone Business Center, 402 Norris Avenue, Suite 405, McCook, Nebraska!

P R O P S
I have all props necessary for your images, please submit anything you might be bringing to use in your photos for approval PRIOR to coming to your session. I try to stay within the session theme and my shooting style for all sessions.

T H E M E + W A R D R O B E
When selecting your outfits plain, neutrals work best. Think Denim, Skin Tones, Dark Jewel Tones, Creams, and Earth Tones. Try to stay away from colorful outfits and stray from words and prints! If you need styling help, please message me sooner than later so we can find something that will create timeless images!

T E R M S + C O N D I T I O N S
This discount is for new bookings only. In order to reserve your spot, you MUST pay at minimum the $350 at booking to lock in this discounted rate. The remaining balance (if any from weekend fees, add ons, or mileage) is due when scheduled, by the day of your session -- This will all be listed on your invoice/contract. All booking times are in central time. There will be no refunds given on cancellations or no-shows. All payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Please do not be late to your session in respect to others who are booked that same day. If you are late, your time will not be extended and starts when your booked start time begins. Images will be available for viewing and downloading within 3-8 weeks.
